    THE COMMON COUNCIL WILL HOLD THEIR REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2010, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL LOCATED AT 225 MAIN STREET.
