THE
COMMON COUNCIL WILL HOLD THEIR REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON TUESDAY,
OCTOBER 12, 2010, AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL
LOCATED AT 225 MAIN STREET.

rules and procedures for deliberation and debate in order to place
the whole membership on the same footing and speaking the same
language.
