| Bull Riding: $10.00, Ages 5 and under FREE Demolition Derby: $8.00 per session, Ages 5 and under FREE Open Division - Adult Entry Fees: $6.50/8.00/10.00 based on no. of entries Open Division - Youth Entry Fee: $3.50 - see entry form for stall fees Junior Division Entry Fee: $3.50 - free stall fees ANY TIME CHANGES WILL BE POSTED AT THE FAIR OFFICE |
| Thursday, June 25 | Entry Day - No entries received before 9:00 am Pick up all tags and tickets from the Fair office Carnival Discount tickets |
| 1-4 pm | Market Livestock weigh-in. Livestock must be in place by 4:00. |
| 5:30 pm | Opening Ceremony, Entertainment Tent Fairest of the Fair Finals Crowning of the 2009 Fairest of the Fair |
| 6 pm | Non animal exhibits (except cut flowers) must be in place |
| 7 pm | Bull Riding $10 per person |
| 8 pm | Red, White and Blues DJ |
| Friday, June 26 | |
| 9 am | Jr. Fair Dairy Show. Open Show & Adult Showmanship follows. Exhibit Judging starts Cut flowers must be in place |
| 10 am | Flowers and houseplant judging begins Cat Show followed by Small Animal show - Exhibition Tent |
| Noon | Early Age Small Animal Judging - Entertainment Tent Goat Show 1/2 hour after Dairy Show ends |
| TBA | Carnival Wrist Bands |
| 4 pm | Dairy Bonus Awards Available |
| 4:30 pm | Llama/Alpaca Judging - Jr. Fair followed by Open Show |

| 12:30 pm | Jr. Poultry Show, Open class follows at approx. 2 pm - Exhibition Tent |
| 1 pm | Demolition Derby $8 per person per session |
| 2 pm | Open Rabbit Show, approx. time depending on end of Jr. Show |
| 4 pm | Championship Livestock Sale - Livestock Show Pavilion followed by Livestock Buyers Hospitality |
| 6 pm | Demo Finals $8 per person per session |

| Noon | Pedal Tractor Pull Delicious Chicken Dinner prepared by Elroy Lions and Firemen |
| 1 pm | Catch a Pig - next to Horse Pull Track |
| 4 pm | Exhibit Release time |
| All Fair Days | Magic Mike Friday - Sunday Carnival provided by Chippewa Valley Rides |
